A series of seminars on architectural and professional practice in design and management of projects including student; presentation and guest speakers. Seminars to focus on current issues in design, technology management, computerization in office and site operations with case-studies and partitions; finish ceilings and floors.

Methods of urban analysis, briefing, decision-making, management and implementation of urban projects. The course composed of two cores projects:
- A series of projects that deal with the aspects of survey, analysis, synthesis and implement design decisions in an existing local urban area.
- Develops skills of designing new urban area, and the adaptation and/or expansion of existing urban areas.
